In the Supreme Court of the United States Brief of Amicus Curiae, In Support of Louisiana Department of Heath and Hospitals

The Spring Verbatim section is the U.S. Supreme Court Amicus Curiae Brief of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricans and Gynecologists in June Medical Services vs. Secretary, Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. It reveals the bias of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) on the abortion issue, and that the College’s position on abortion is no longer based on objective medical knowledge. Instead, ACOG acts primarily as a political advocacy group supporting abortion rights, like so many others. This is important, because their “expert” testimony in court cases has nothing to do with medical science, and everything to do with politics.
