ILM JAHM Plagiarism and Duplicate Publication Policy
Plagiarism (unattributed use of large portions of text and/or data) is not acceptable in manuscripts submitted to ILM JAHM. Duplicate publication of identical text or data is a violation of copyright and may involve civil penalties for copyright infringement, published notification of duplication and/or retraction of the duplicated paper at the discretion of the editors of Issues in Law and Medicine.
If artificial intelligience (AI) is used in the creation of any text in the manuscript, the text must be indented in italics and footnoted with a reference “created by AI”.
Authors will be contacted with the details of the allegation of plagiarism.
If the content cannot be corrected to the satisfaction of the Editors of ILM JAHM, then manuscripts may be withdrawn from peer review, and published papers may be subject to retraction.
